A Continuing Medical Education seminar was held on Thursday 15th June at KGH School of Nursing. It was attended by over 40 participants consisting of consultants, medical officers, house officers, postgrad trainees, senior registrars and nursing staff. The speaker for this session was Dr Danish Qayoom. He is an Interventional Cardiologist and doing a clinic 3 days a week at Medical and Surgical OPD, KGH. He provided a training on Electrocardiogram, how to detect an abnormal ECG and the symptoms patients will present with. This event was done in collaboration with Sami Pharmaceutical.
